Adventure Pass
Following several months of discussions with our dedicated volunteer leaders across the Council, we have revised our annual registration fee. This updated fee now encompasses participation in the majority of our Council’s Scouting events, a benefit we are excited to introduce as the ‘Adventure Pass’.
Commencing from 7/1/2024, the registration fees are as follows:
- Youth Annual Membership: The fee is $150. This includes insurance coverage and the ‘Adventure Pass’, which grants access to a variety of events for our Cub Scouts (Cub Haunted, Spring Stem Cub Campout, Reindeer Games, Cub Shooting Sports day, and Fishing Rodeo) and Scouts, BSA (2 Merit Badge Days, Swamp Derby, Fishing Rodeo and Shooting Sports Weekend)
(Please note that this does not cover food for events, t-shirts, or extended camps like Summer Camp or Winter Camp.)
- Adult Registration: The fee remains at $85.
- Merit Badge Counselors: For those not already registered as a leader, the fee is $25.
Upon payment of the membership fee, which is done annually from the date of joining or upon completion of registration renewal with the rest of the unit, the following benefits are covered:

Please note that it is still required that participants register for all events. There will be an Adventure Pass option so there is no payment due for "In our Council" participants. "Out of Council" Scouts will have to pay a fee for each event they attend.
