Merit Badge-a-Palooza

Merit Badge Day will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at St. Luke Simpson Church. The event is open to all Scouts BSA. Come out and have a day of enjoyment while working on merit badges. Some merit badges are all day while some are only 3 hours. 

Scouts BSA Registration

• This is an Adventure Pass activity.
• Advance registration is required by Friday, March 15, 2025.  
• No registration will be accepted at the door.  
• Some classes will fill up quicker than others, you must pay for your registration to hold your spot. 
• Please make note of these times.
  • Check-in for instructors is 8:00AM. 
  • Check-in for Scouts BSA is 8:30AM. 
  • Classes will begin at 8:45 a.m. 
  • Lunch will be from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
  • Classes will resume at 12:30 p.m.
• Please make sure that your Scout reads this information as well as the merit badge pamphlet. 
• Some of the merit badges will not be able to be completed on this day. 
• If anyone requires accommodation, please specify (seating, enlarged handouts, etc.).

Annual Health and Medical Record should be filled out and remain with the scout.

All Scouts need to obtain the Merit Badge Book and read it before coming to the class(es).  Please download the Merit Badge worksheet from USSCOUTS.org

Half Day Sessions:
Time Block 1 - 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Time Block 2 - 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Full Day Sessions:
Time Block 3 - 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. AND 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
