Fall BALOO & Range Master Training
Join us for BALOO/Rangemaster training starting September 25.
NOTE: Camping overnight is required for BALOO
REQUIRED: In addition to the outdoor training, all participants are required to complete all components of the prerequisite training prior to the BALOO weekend. These are online at my.scouting.org.
- Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT formerly known as YPT) must be current.

Participants must bring their certificates of completion with them to the first day of training, on Friday, to be allowed to attend the BALOO course. We cannot accept emailed certificates. Participants attending BALOO should arrive in Field Uniform if they have one.
Fee: $20.00 (includes Course Supplies and Meals)

- $20 / Individual - Rangemaster ONLY (Use this registration link if you are ONLY taking the RANGEMASTER training.)
All participants and accompanying attendees should plan to eat dinner prior to arrival on Friday evening. The primary meals provided during the training will be Saturday breakfast (Omelet in a Bag) and lunch (Silver Turtles). A light snack (S’mores) will also be available for the Cracker Barrel following the Friday night campfire.
- Siblings under the age of 5 are welcome, but all even if over 5 years, should only be brought if they are potty-trained and able to feed themselves.
- If a child does not meet these requirements, another parent must be present to provide care.
- It is not the responsibility of the Den Chiefs to care for children who are not self-sufficient.

There is no late registration.

RANGEMASTER ONLY: Arrive Saturday 8:00 am - Depart Saturday before 1:00 pm

Please bring your completed Scouting America Health and Medical Form (Parts A & B.)
If you do not own or have access to a tent, please contact the Course Director a week prior to the course.
